Project description:

The new multi- use building will provide:

• Seven retail commercial storefronts on the 1st level totaling approximately 7,265 square

feet of rentable area.

• Twenty- six 1- bedroom apartments on levels two thru four.
• Four live/work units. the live/work units consist of approximately 410 sq.ft. per unit work

area plus a one- bedroom apartment area.

• A roof top deck with common open space and a public yoga studio including a yoga open

air terrace. In addition, there will be tenant only facilities that include a gym, a

recreation room, common open area, and bicycle storage lockers.
